As of May 11th, 2023 under both state and federal guidance, we are no longer requiring the use of face masks. If you would like to wear one and/or have your WIMB practitioner wear one, we will be happy to oblige.

Important Reminders About On-line Scheduling

Multiple Locations
Please be mindful that many of our practitioners work at multiple WIMB locations. Make sure you are selecting the appropriate schedule and location from the drop-down menu.

Same Day Appointments:
Are available up to FOUR HOURS before via our on-line scheduling system and by phone at each office.

Updated Cancellation Policy
November 1st, 2024


Massage/FST/Acupuncture/Classes:

  • 24 Hours notice required

  • Full Cash Rate Fee if appointment cancelled within 24 hours

  • No Show/No Call: Full Cash Rate Fee. Patient will not be allowed to schedule future appointments until fee is paid.

Chiropractic/Physical Therapy/Podiatry:

  • 24 Hours notice required

  • 1 Strike Policy: Everyone gets one late cancel exemption. $60 fee for late cancel after 1 Strike

  • New Patients: 1 strike and $100 fee with 2nd offense as appointments are longer

  • No Show/No Call: $60 fee regardless of whether you have a strike or not.We hope that you can understand this necessary change!

***We understand that Emergencies, Bad Weather and Illness do occur, please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. These cases will be assessed on a case by case basis.
